We tailor our services to your business needs. Every client is different. At our initial consultation we will work with you to determine the level of support you need, and accounting software requirements.

Factors that determine your bookkeeping rates are:

  • The size of your business, turnover, and volume of transactional activity
  • The structure of your businesses, whether a Sole Trader, Company, Trust or Partnership
  • The nature of your business whether a service, bricks and mortar or online retail
  • Whether you operate only in Australia or across multiple countries and currencies
  • The current state of your accounts and any remediation or backlog work required
  • Your accounting software, add on accessories, integration with other platforms, and current automation ( such as bank feeds)

You only pay for what you need and you know exactly what the cost will be to your business upfront. Please use the below pricing packages as a guide. We support an outcome fee-based approach rather than a per hr rate charge to help you budget and manage your cashflow. These packages can be tailored to suit your specific business requirements.

  • All pricing excludes GST
  • Month to month basis – No lock ins
  • Transactions are based on number of bank account transactions
  • Allow extra for Trusts, Forex, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Mgt, and remediation or catch up work required.
